3. Intellectual Property You affirm that you hold the necessary rights to use the images, logos, words, or any other content you provide for printing and indemnify Solid Promo Prints against any claims or legal actions related to intellectual property infringement.

4. Prohibited Content We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is deemed illegal, offensive, or that may violate rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is libelous, defamatory, sexually explicit, or promotes hate or violence.

5. Pricing and Payment Prices for our printing services are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through various methods, which are detailed on our website and during the order process. Full payment is required before production begins.

6. Cancellations and Refunds Custom orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. Please refer to our detailed Return and Refund Policy for information about order cancellations and refunds.

7. Delivery We strive to meet the estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee them. Solid Promo Prints shall not be liable for any delays in the completion or delivery of orders.

8. Limitation of Liability Solid Promo Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
