Refund policy

At Solid Promo Prints, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that issues may arise with your order, and we are here to resolve these as efficiently as possible. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of DTF gang sheet printing, all sales are considered final. However, we stand by the quality of our prints and offer the following solutions should there be any issues:

  1. Defective Products: If you receive products with manufacturing defects or errors that deviate from your approved proof, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification, we will reprint the affected products at no additional cost to you.

  2. Reprints: If there is an issue with your order that is not related to a manufacturing defect (e.g., design errors not caught during the proofing process), we are happy to discuss reprint options at a discounted rate.

Non-Custom Products

For all non-custom items, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returning non-custom products are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned goods, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. After this period, if production has not started, you may still cancel the order but a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order amount will apply. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
